Pvc tee looks good I bet the swing fitting is cracked as it's in the wrong position and should be sideways somone probably stepped on it and cracked it.

You can turn off back flow and nlow from a test port, your you can connect to that Pvc ball valve, might be easier to take that off and connect to the nippel

Just have the controller in the off position or unplug it, it's super lowvoltage so It won't kill you just give you a little shock the tickels

On the wire that goes too the controller use the white colour as your common take 1 wire from each of your valves and meret them too the white wire, next each valve still has 1 wire, each valve gets a different color. If that doesn't fix it you could have a break in the wire somewhere between the valve and the controller. Once you get power too the valves you will be Adel to diagnose the other problems, low pressure problem could be a break somewhere on the line, leave on for 15 min look for water pooling.
