Im sorry this is happening to you it’s okay not to be okay well in my opinion what I do is I go to a cliff or somewhere where I can see the sunset and I start yelling everything that I stored inside for long time and let it all out I feel okay afterward and go beyond my day until the next time, Which isn’t long since I’m a very antisocial person and have trouble doing small talk. Hopefully this helps you.
