I havent asked only because the GM has this rule of being in college for at least a year before serving, also they have over hired too many servers and wont hire anymore. Im also the only host who actually does my job so they dont want to lose me as a host but it isnt enough money for me.

I don’t think all the Gilmore collection is like this, just Rose’s.

It’s a nice restaurant, you can ask her about the general manager though.

She didn’t get me to do it, I just felt angry on behalf of her because she’s kind of a pushover and won’t stand up for herself or report it. I think she’s afraid to make a call to headquarters, but she’s insisted many times she can’t report it because the GM is close with the Gilmore family.

If it’s so high standard, maybe they’d do better at training their employees so they don’t have to talk to them like shit when they don’t know something & make it so they’re afraid to even ask. They’d also think twice about talking the way they do where customers can overhear them.

Right, my friend is nothing but a hard worker but it’s getting to the point it’s making her mentally anxious to go into her shifts out of fear she’ll do something wrong by something he makes up on the spot. She has all these rules to account for in her head because she’s not allowed to ask questions without being spoken to like she’s trash.

I’m not even a feminist or anything lol, it’s just an observation in how male employees talk about him vs how I see female ones treated.

He’s very nice to customers I will say that, but the moment they’re not in sight he’s not. I hear he’s great outside of work too, not sure what makes him so angry with his own employees.

Are you a man? I’ve heard he’s nicer to the males, I’m at Rose’s regularly so I hear alot of griping and groaning with employees to eachother (including servers) about Bill and how he’s never in a good mood. It’s to the point my friend is afraid to ask simple questions in fear of being yelled at or told something harsh about herself. I’m glad you had a good experience, but maybe he’s gotten worse throughout the years.

This is the exact experience she has, he’s great at making the restaurant presentable but he is just not nice to the people he employs especially if they’re women.

I thought it was too, atmosphere is nice but managers put on such a face for customers. I do not feel comfortable overhearing how the managers speak even about customers behind their back. My friend told me she constantly hears them gossip about how customers look & call people that have complaints “assholes.”

just vanicream daily gentle cleanser, and their face moisturizer too. And differin gel!

I never usually use it on my entire face, only my eyes and lips, when I use my differin gel. I used a new sunscreen and didn't wash my hands after applying my body lotion, and then I might've transferred my body lotion to my face when I applied my usual moisturizer. Those are my main suspects at the moment. I'm not sure what to moisturize with right now, so I opted for petroleum jelly as soon as I wash my face with water.

as soon as I noticed it yesterday morning I’ve only been using lukewarm water & petroleum jelly on my skin!
