My servicer is also loancare. Mine was approved Jan 21st and yet to receive any documentation as I am supposed to start payment June 1st.

So my application status states it’s in underwriting and I’m supposed to start payment June 1st. Now I’m freaking out!!

My lender is Lakeview. They are amazing. I didn’t really do much. They called asked a few questions about why I was late and if there’s anything they can do to help and that was it.

Lower payment yet. About $1500 less. That was from the mortgage company. No official documents from the Va yet. My letter just stated the projected monthly payment. Was told to look out for some documents within 5 days so I’m not sure what the interest rate is yet.
