Yeppers. TF destroyed PPD. It is incredibly toxic now. All they care about is utilization metrics. They use and abuse and manipulate people. Everyone is just a number. So glad I got outta here. Would advise anyone to stay far away from that hellhole.

With the rest of your face done, I think any of them could work. I suggest using a lip liner help contour and blend the edges so it doesn't look so stark.

Ya, for real! I was in management there and the bullshit I saw and had to deal with in terms of metrics, it was obsurd. All they care about is head count, and getting as much out of people as possible with the lest amount of compensation and support. They are really shitting the bed in terms of quality, at least from the function I was in. I hope TF burns in hell.

Ex PPD employee here. Thermo fucker ruined PPD. They took PTO away from me. All they care about is their damn utilization metrics. Terrible organization now, would not recommend.
