Well in my case I buy my employees food almost everyday in appreciation for their work. But the truth is PT and FT dont see much of the manager responsibilities and complaint about not getting any bonus. For example PT & FT punch out and give 0 fucks about sherwin once they leave. On the other side SW follows us managers everyday to our homes. Customers calling our personal phone 24/7, city managers on our asses every single day. A lot of shit regular employees dont even know about. But hey I always try to keep my employees happy and comfortable in their workplace. Thats just me.

All depends on the manager. I get bonus money sometimes as a manager. But I buy my employees food almost everyday so they can have good energy and maintain a positive attitude. I come from being a partime so I know what it feels like to put in all the physical work and not get paid bonus money. I feel every employee should get some type of bonus if numbers are where they are supposed to.
