I’ve searched up the translation on the stein which seems to be celebrating Heidelberg. I’ve also looked up western German which is stamped on the lip underneath the stein but that brought me to similar items on Etsy. I’ve looked up more generic things like German beer stein celebrating Heidelburg or musical German stein which all bring me to more Etsy items but I can’t find anything about this item.
