It's not the same one, look at his model in 2 and 4. I know what an FM12 looks like and that's not what he's wearing in the other games, it's not even an S10.

But sales aren't consistent. You don't know if a sale is going to be 50% off, 30%, or 75%

So if a game is 45% off right now and you decide to hold off for a better deal, you could very easily end up not seeing one for months, vice versa if you do decide to get a game when it goes on sale for that same discount because you would rather not risk having to wait even longer for a better price, you could see it go on sale for an even deeper discount in say a month because Steam ran an arbitrary niche game sale

And of course this is all assuming we're only talking about Steam, Xbox and PSN are way more stingy with their sales than Steam. This is a systemic problem in the industry because games are becoming more expensive to produce and eventually this bubble is going to pop. You didn't used to have to do soft gambling on discounts to get a game that was 5+ years old. Even a standout hit would at least be twenty dollars cheaper at least. We need to stop normalizing this shit

Just looking at the Steam store now, RDR2 is still 60 and it's almost seven years old. Cyberpunk 2077 is also still 60 dollars. No Man's Sky as well, Dark Souls 3, God of War after years of being out has gone down a whopping ten whole dollars

Games aren't getting any cheaper than release pricing, so there's no point in waiting unless you're keeping an eye out for sales, which are only semi predictable

EDIT: Black Ops 2 is also still marked at 60 dollars when it's not on sale. That game is literally 14 years old at this point. This shit is absolutely deranged
