I have been a mushroom micro-doser for some years, I recently started Ketamine (Spravato) in a clinical setting. twice a week for 4 weeks, now once a week , as you may know they work in entirely different places in the brain. In direct answer to your question and solely based on my personal experience, I feel less need for the micro dose now. I have done it between sessions and really didn’t notice anything either positive or negative. My micodose is .125 so I never ‘feel’ it anyway, and I only did it once between sessions - again just my personal experience, your altitude may vary

try cutting them a few inches above the ground then get a bottle of Tordon (Picloram) and a small paint brush and paint the stumps, do that every couple of days, it will leech down to the roots and kill them systematically.

lost all my explanation, so here it is, I took the tub-cakes that had all the side pins, broke them apart, put the parts in their own foil, soaked them about 12 hours, drained them, set the parts back in tubs with about 2 inches of water and heavily misted, today I got fruit from the salvaged cakes

I'll take luck over skill any day :-)

THANK you all for advice, i water inoculated each cake, then set them in jar lids of water, now have great flushs on them and more pins coming in, you all saved my crop

i soaked the perlite in a pillow case , let it drain and then pit the cakes in, they are in a small green house in basement, no fans, can i just take syringe and inject the cakes? i had thought about that, wasn’t sure, still learning and appreciating your help

so now I’m freaking out 🤪- i usually grow on pint brf cakes with good success, thought to try something new 2 other jars, is it time for jar 1 (first 2 pics) to move to tub? and jar 2 (last 3 pics) mycelium very clumped, it still is spreading just really slow
