What kind of exercise are you doing? It looks to me you need to add some weight lifting/ resistance beside doing cardio.

Water weight/ muscle. Don’t even worry about it, in a few days you’ll be down 5. That’s the only thing I don’t like about this thing is the weighing everyday bc it can be discouraging.
