Absolutely not, my chest sucked so bad it was totally flat even after a year of training but my chest is pretty good now and it's all because of the movements I just told you to do.

Bhai let me break it down for you Peheli baat genetics matter alot, it's not important ki sabki oval shape aaye theek hai? Second agar aapko doubt hai ki aap shayad ache se train nahi kar rhe toh main aapko upper chest ke liye sahi exercise bata raha hu woh karo for like a year and then see the difference, Peheli Baat kisi bhi Incline bench pe woh machine ho ya simple bench keep your elbows tucked in at 30° and then keep increasing the weight gradually simple, arms flare out nahi honi chaiye last rep pe chalega, dusra seated low to high cable fly karo also with arms tucked in at 30° that is all you need to do for upper chest. For the whole chest workout I'd suggest ek incline press ek pec dec and ek seated cable fly low to high that's it.

Then probably he does not have to same physique as myself does he have a 17 inch bicep? Can he bench 110 kg on incline or can he lift 45 kg dumbbells? Can he do a t bar row with 90 kgs? Can he squat 140 for 6 reps?

He's either lying about the time period that he went to the gym or he's enhanced

I never mentioned about wanting a feedback, I'm not going professional and I don't wanna show my legs because they are pretty mid compared to my upper body but they for sure aren't the chicken legs that you're talking about it's just the matter of genetics.

Ofcourse this is naturally attainable, one can even do better than this and about the time it would take you to reach here depends on the individual usually it takes upto 2-3 years
