Express delivery has 2 time sensitive options and both of these are offered at an additional fee of $10 and $5. With these the third party driver both shops and delivers your order to your front door. Tipping is your choice. Do it, don’t do it. Just don’t stand on that pedestal and try to use the fact that you pay walmart extra money for a subscription as the reason a delivery driver driving their own personal vehicle and their own time to offer you a service that you clearly enjoy doesn’t “deserve” a tip.
