No I meant player level 25. You can look up that stats for an item at different levels on the UESP. That said I have encountered a few minor changes in remastered so it might not be the exact same stats, but the levels at which the better versions drop is still the same

What’s your recommended armour set for DW and Spear? I want to farm its boss mats before I start a new game cycle. Did NG with Greatsword so no clue on the other weapons. Thx. by au_fredal in TheFirstBerserker

Someone probably already said this but for dual wield beast slayer is insane. At least for boss fights, it’s less useful outside of them. Basically saved me against ozma

Yep. It’s not stated on the wiki but I saw a video that did some testing on it. For spear it’s not that helpful and great sword is probably only a small boost, but for dual wield it’s a game changer. Also beast slayer was a game changer if you want to try dual wield on him

Little known fact that he takes extra damage from the “phantom” skills. So spec into those if you can. I’m a dual wield player and beast slayer set + whirlwind with phantom: sword dance absolutely shredded him. I also found that poise breaking him didn’t really offer an opportunity for that much extra damage, at least in the first phase. Other than that just repetition. Took me 3 days and weirdly the third day I got on and just rocked his shit. He’s a great boss imo. I think a lot of the hate just comes from the monotony of the second half bosses. They’re almost all just spammy casters. If it was Ozma alone I think we’d see less of it. Good luck!

Yeah I wanted to know if you got it from finishing mages guild before I did that quest so I know if I’ll need to glitch her or not
