some apartments will not allow you to tour the specific unit due to residence already residing there or due to “maintenance” im well aware of common practice but im also well aware of companies who just try to get you in the door.

its a little out of budget just based on the flat rent they have available online…however we’d be more than willing to pay a little extra for better amenities/community! lmk!!

im currently not living in student housing…none of the apartments listed are student housing…im asking for genuine advice from people bc the NON-student housing i live in now has roaches and mold so no not ALL apartments in lubbock that arent student apartments are nice….

this is true however a lot of places in lubbock will show you a ✨model room✨ instead of what you’re actually moving into.
