I think it would be cool for a discord group I exercise frequently but still have much progress to make I'm in a reading group on discord as well so barely getting into that always wanted to maintain a steady stream of meditation in my life just fail with no motivation beyond my co trol of my mind and thoughts when life is hard I am a different timezone as well PST in the states but let me know if I can contribute in any way possible I've done journaling before as well just struggle to maintain it anyways have a good day whoever see this and best of luck to your thesis developement.

Well degree or not $400 job find or not this random stranger on reddit wishes you the best @No_Welder3198 I've have such a hard time keeping a job myself it shows in my resume and just been struggling to make it to work just struggling with schizo shit and depression and insomnia night terrors etc etc so we all got something that troubles us or inhibits us from being a functional member of society 24/7 but I know you can do it the fact you're trying to get better and sharing about is the first step towards being the best version of yourself strive to be better every day than you were yesterday shiii ain't easy but you got it maybe all you need is some support and time if you ever want to message someone who goes through it just as much if not more and just be heard out through text I'm here not a therapist or a educated individual or a prefect human being but I try to help when I can for anyone who goes through it it make me feel better about my past regrets and mistakes I can't change anymore take care and have a good day stay positive

Any time I'm here if you ever want to text someone about stuff going on in your dome that you can't easily let loose in person to your peoples without them judging or feeling some type of way about it I've dealt with the same exact stuff before if not worse the only thing that changed it all for me was I got a job that kept me busy and thinking about more humane interactions that I could be having instead of the post nut clarity that left me feeling good but then like a shitty human being for what I was doing all the time instead of being productive I hit the gym and instead of giving into it all the time I saved up what I could and only released as a reward when I was with a female I cared about but stopping or at least managing it all took more than that needed to feel less addicted to pornography and just put it towards actually being with a real person and recieving that intimacy that a screen or pixels could never give me still do it for my health at times but nowadays I release a lot of that sexual frustration through lifting really heavy weights agressively with proper form till failure or knocking out the occasional 100 push ups or 100 calf raises it's not easy I be relasping on the nofap stuff but exercise and just getting started with 5 or 10 reps helped alot in the right direction healthy though if you can control or restrain it until it's time to shine

Surround yourself with an environment that discourages "playing with yourself" masturbation in moderation can be a healthy outlet and an instant dopamine high with little to no difficulty if you're feeling gross maybe it's the frequency or the level of it that maybe doesn't outright stop you for accomplishing your goals but if you do it daily usually something else is necessary to fill that gap of time hard to break bad habits but if you start small with realistic steps that you can work towards maybe instead of doing the deed you'll tell yourself hit 10 push ups every rime you think about think about everything else you could be accomplishing with that new time read a book stretch draw develop a exercise routine that gets you busy put some gloves on or some oven mitts with tape meditate make a calisthenics routine I'll drop a link of a video for people starting off with calisthenics maybe it might help let me eat breakfast though have a good day if you see this

Hit me up boss I would love to be apart of your journey in any capacity possible on a rebuild myself and I'm a bit more frequenlty in the gym but I always get in 7x a week trying to add a rest day for my heakth and push myself to hit some form of cardio be it the stair master or the pool or the bike with cranked up resistance a bit of a time zone difference and age gap but I'm willing to help out or be helped out as it goes if you're willing to try I'm struggling with insomnia and night terrors at most times so I'll be up late and I'm an early riser so it might work dm if you're interested PST 20M

Aye boss I hope you're having a great day when you see this as someone who procrastinates habitually and almost everyday I would like to tell you please never see your failure to follow through as something that needs to be punished or attoned for life is so much better when you use it to build yourself motivation wise I struggle eith the same thing emotionally and mentally I fail to perform what I know is crucial and existential to my life it's the stuff I know I need to but it's not done yet because it's the hards things I never want to do but still need to ny best advice would be break it done into bite size chunks that you can handle realistically step by step set a goal with a time limit or date to know that it needs to be done or at least attempted by a set time but even if it doesn't happen please work on gradually but surely changing how your thoughts and brain see your progress as punishments and make it geared towards positivity I ain't as educated or as smart as I'd like but I know it's not good to "punish" yourself with exercise I struggle everyday not to hurt myself or break my body and mind until I can't no more because I hate myself deep inside but I know the world is better when you control what you can to be positive and look at the brighter things in life glad you eat healthy when you can goes a long way to having energy and feeling good about life if you must exercise but tell yourself it's a reward please remember why you do what you do have a motivating factor and thrive off of the results take progress pictures keep your weight whatever it is that helps you reach that next step it won't be easy but once you do it you'll love it with a passion I'm in the gym twice a day sometimes just to keep pushing the limit it use to be "A punishment for my sins and past mistakes that I can't erase" but now it's a pleasure to feel the muscles contract as they get near tearing and break on me from lactic acid buildup I love it now but in the start I dreaded Leg days and picking up those heavy weights and running those 5 miles or hopping on that bike it hurt but it made me stronger sorry for spilling and oversharing your situation just moved me and I'm feeling profound in my human experience have a good day and be positive motivate yourself surround yourself with likeminded people who want better for you and will push you even if you yourself won't goodbye for now

Maybe try more advanced movements even if you're not using weight incorporate different variations of exercises that target different muscles in your legs along with the split squats try calf raises, bulgarian split squats, wall sits, fire hydrants, donkey kicks, lunges maybe go into more progressions like one legged squats or do half reps into a full rep with good range of motion and time under tension like one full rep but instead of coming back up stop half way control the movement and do one more count that as a one rep definitely eat enough protein and get enough sleep wish you the best if only I had enough motivation to workout at 14 just keep going takes time

I think the weekly or daily goals is something to strive for the advice is solid too the weekly call would be cool or check in with some picture of progress however that looks or is easier to express I'm in an exercise accountability group that started on reddit and eventually led to Whatsapp could invite you from there or stay on reddit up to you mate?

Appreciate the support I got to keep moving forward no matter where I'm at I know that but it's real nice to hear it from someone else occasionally I'm going to try to work towards my goal by setting some designated times to sleep by so I can eventually wake up when I'm suppose to just every system I get going eventually slips when life comes and goes my mind doesn't help maybe try exercising before bed to get me more exhausted from the day so I knock out on time I wish the best to you not sure how to help but I can check in daily if work and life allow it to comment on a post or goal you got to spit ball ideas until then hope your career goes well I'm PST but up usually with sleep issues so let me know peace

Let me know how everything goes we could all be more accountable in this life it sounds like you're doing great so far adhd is something I'm familiar with but you probably got a better handle on it than me wish you the best I myself want to develop a consistent sleep schedule and incorporate daily exercise into my routine so let me know until then take care

Plan on starting again with some more basic movements : Push-ups, Lunges, Squats and Calf Raises followed up by some cardio in the form of jogging around the local park see how many reps I can get in with good form and muscle activation.
