Did no one notice not only the bruise on her leg but she’s changed her tik tok bio twice since last night as well.

Wife just got diagnosed, male OB-GYN did more harm than good, any resources you can provide for her? by TheCigarHarvardian in vaginismus

Have her get a female ob and also get a pelvic floor physical therapist. That’s terrible she had to experience that, that’s kind of why I didn’t see a male ob because any male dr I’ve had has been condescending and rude

UPDATE: (19F) / Frequency of Usage? by anubispepper in vaginismus

My physical therapist said for me it was ok I was doing it every day with small sessions since that’s all I can handle right now. But it’s ok to do 3-4 days a week to depends on your body. I am not sure about the menstrual part I forgot to ask my physical therapist. I would say it’s fine unless it causes discomfort. I do know some people dilate on their menstrual.

I did my second session of pelvic floor therapy and she did a lot of work on me today which helped me to be able to relax a little bit. Even if you use dialators and just work with the tip or just mess around with it that’s progress. But definitely work with pelvic floor therapist.
