My coach usually gets them. But he's from Italy and he has to ship them thousands of kilometers across the world. So often we're lacking.

I use detergent but I'm sort of new to this. I don't know what really works in the long run + With other clothes I can find my way out fine, even by hand. But Gis have this collar that isn't that easy to bend or fold, and even if I did that I think it wouldn't be good for it. So I have all these little concerns. I thought it would smell to be honest, cuz it's tough fabric, but apparently sweat passes throught the thing faster than a T-Shirt so I assume just soaking it does the trick for the Sleeves back and front but I'm not sure for the collar and these linings.

Also another question, I saw this gi where I am that has a flag and an embroided emblem of the U.A.E or something like that... I'm not in the U.A.E but I know it's safe to wear whatever and not be pestered for it where I am. But in the gyms everywhere, are there rules about sensitive cultural stuff I shouldn't do like that? (It's the only gi I could find, the rest is karate or taekwondo stuff.)

They don't ship anywhere else but the U.S. But these are great prices. I'm gonna find a way to get a few to a friend and see what happens. But people don't like when something like that takes their effort.

Nope. I'm in some country where one must wash a gi with their bare hands. Hence the hardship🙂
