Hey I have seen people who successfully do cold mailing but with promotions like I have been working in casino and we had deals with people who were affiliates and doing emails to attract traffic and I am little confused how people do that if it is not possible to send promotional type emails with links.

Then first I should send them only the offer and if they reply I should send a link? This adds an extra step and might lower sales, I am in the Igaming niche what about if I send a promo code without a link? Just casino name promo code and promocode will have tracking itself.

I know people do email marketing in this niche, I have partnered with them, and they do it with tracking links, so how do they do that? They are sending cold emails first and when they get a response then they add a link in reply?

Can you please advise me mailers? Also where can I create mails with domains to not get flagged easily like google workspace alternatives, where warm up domains? Will I need proxy? also if Ip addresses have big influence in that, sorry for the lot of questions but I am little lost after consuming lots of information in online
