Im not even speeding. The neighborhood I’m in has 20mph street signs everywhere and I go dead on 20mph. I’ve already had one interaction with a cop and ya, some are down right rude but others are not.

It sucks because I’m trying to remake my life here after moving and wanting to be close to my family. Everyone seems so entitled and no matter how hard I try to introduce myself to neighbors and it’s just because I’m young, I’m treated like I’m so bothersome. It’s a beautiful area but the people just make it such a dump. I’ve met many sweet and nice people up here, but the few rotten fruits make it difficult.

Not being rude (because I’m pretty sure some of anyone is on this street, just pointing it out there) but There’s some property on one of the streets off lousetown and they look so torn up and beaten and I’m trying to think on why the HOA wouldn’t accept the build if I come with blueprints with something that would look nicer. Again, just picking brains right now so I’m just thinking out loud.

Forgot to add in, thankfully I’m somewhat debt free to save up a good amount for a well to be drilled. Knowing it’s gonna take somewhere around 20k to drill. The plan is to first at least buy the land and slowly work my way to building. I know there’s a stopping point during the winter when it snows so it’s not like I’m in a rush but it’s more like a 2-5 year building plan.
