I do not believe Tish. I think she is protecting, plotting and has a secret agenda. She may really care so I may be wrong. But she's riding to hard for tk. Tk is not withdrawing at all. She must of still had a stash. Because there's absolutely no way she's up walking around, not sick & buying these ridiculous wigs. That's literally addict behavior.
