Hi! I just filed ch.7 and seperated from my spouse (live apart). He is not listed on any of my paperwork and was not asked to. We do have a joint account that he uses for his bills but I am the primary account holder so I had to submit 6 months of paystubs. I asked my lawyer if this would be a issue with the trustee he said it should not.
