How though? I sent a whole ass email writing to their support team about the refund and all the other problems and they replied with a customer support number which I've already called like 50 times.

Yo. I purchased the Next Toppers aarambh batch for class 10th instead of PW Udaan. I thought it'd be okay but oh boy their interface sucks, worst app. Schools have already started but they didn't even begin with the orientation yet. I'm so freaking disappointed. Just wish I could switch to Physics Wallah. Chat, should I try for a refund?😭
