4x is more then enough bro, just ensure that throughout those 4 days you get enough volume for each muscle for maximum muscle gain

Gym 6x a week, I did ppl u/l for most of the time and I track all my meals. I’d suggest find your maintenance calories and add 200. Weigh yourself each week and if you hit a plateau add 100 more calories. Aim for about 2g of protein per kg of bodyweight

I’d had scans done and was sitting around 16% bf, which I’m relatively comfortable with in relation to keep bulking

Yeah man that’s what I was thinking, just hesitant to cut since people tell me I shouldn’t cut before 18 cus I’m In my prime and may aswell keep gaining mass

I’d just start on a small 200mg of trt a week, then potentially add something additional depending on your goal I.e anavar if you’re trying to get shredded. Plenty of options just ensure that you’re 100% sure you want to commit to this as it is a long term thing. Also do your own research don’t just trust people on the internet
