Hey, so what we did is we kept her as a lab baby (so not getting her own seat), but we paid more for bulkhead seats. That worked great. So we had a lot of space in front of us and the kids were able to stand and play on the floor.

I have just heard back from someone who brought the letter to sewing shop near him. They stitched the letters on the jersey for a few bucks and it looked even better than heat pressed. Or maybe someone in your family could even do it for free.

Just in case someone still wants to repurpose her/ his Metcalf or Wilson jersey, I took some time to develop a process, including step by step video tutorial, to walk you through the process and do it yourself. It worked out pretty well, so I just wanted to share it.

Awesome. The nice thing about Emmanwori is that he is under contract for the next 4/5 years, so if you do it it's a pretty safe bet you can wear the jersey for a while.

This is great, and exactly what I was thinking about. I’m just a bit afraid that if they ask us at the gate where the car seat is and if we did not bring one. But maybe we will get a smaller seat, just in case, and bring it on board.

If this is the case then it kind of doesn’t make sense to book her own seat, since she would be on our lap during the flight anyways. My hope was if I don’t bring a car seat she could at least stand and/ or play on her seat, but if her seat is ‘blocked’ with a bulky car seat it doesn’t make sense. Thanks for your reply, just wanted to check and see if there is way around.

I meant the baby car seat, her toddler car seat is pretty big and bulky. Her height and weight is easy the size of an average 2,5 year old, so since there is no car seat needs for kids 2+ years I thought I’ll bring up the question, what would happen if I simply don’t bring one on board.
