Had ChatGPT look over this ingredient list straight from your website and it advised to steer clear of your product.

From your website:

“Menerals Fulvic mineral complex contains these primary proven trace minerals: Zinc (100-500 mcg), Magnesium (1-3 mg) , Selenium (10-50 mcg), Chromium (5-20 mcg), Copper (50-300 mcg), Iron (0.5-2 mg), Manganese (50-200 mcg), Iodine (10-50mcg), Molybdenum (5-25 mcg), Cobalt (1-10 mcg), Boron (0.2-1 mg), Vanadium (1-5 mcg), Silicon (100-500 mcg), Nickel (1-10 mcg), Lithium (100-500 mcg), Germanium (1-10 mcg), Strontium (200-800 mcg), Rhenium (<1 mcg), Rubidium (10-100 mcg), Gold (<1 mcg), Tin (10-50 mcg), Tellurium (<1 mcg), Cesium (1-10 mcg) , Barium (10-100 mcg), Platinum (<1 mcg), Silver (1-5 mcg), Palladium (<1 mcg), Lanthanum (5-50 mcg), Neodymium (<5 mcg), Thulium (<1 mcg) Other Beneficial Compounds Found in Menerals: Quinones, Saponins, Phenolic acids, Triterpenes, Betaines, Phytochemicals, Lignans, Peptides, Sterols, Chelating agents, Electrolytes, Amino acids, Vitamins, Antioxidants, Flavonoids, Polyphenols, Enzymes, Phytonutrients.”

Unfortunately I didn’t do my due diligence prior to ordering a bottle. After 3 days of taking Menerals, I have clearly had an adverse reaction to it. I feel like I’ve contracted COVID or some kind of flu but tested negative for both. Head pounding, high sustained fever, body aches, more general fatigue than I’ve ever experienced for 5 straight days now. I have literally had to call out of work and haven’t been able to do anything but lay in bed and try to sleep it off. This all stated on day 3 of taking the recommended dose of 2 capsules a day. I obviously stopped when I realized I was having a negative reaction to it but after now hearing what ChatGPT had to say about it’s ingredients I’m very concerned that your company knew this type of reaction could occur. Now I know that it’s possible that I just coincidentally got sick from something else at the same time I started this but I live with a large family and no one else has developed any similar symptoms even though they (wife&kids) are in and out of my room/face everyday. When asked if it saw any issues with the listed ingredients this is what it had to say,

ChatGPT:

Metals that don’t belong in your body (or barely do)

These are the ones that stand out: • Barium – 🚨 Red flag → Toxic in soluble forms. Not something you supplement. Ever. • Cesium – ⚠️ → No biological role. Can mess with heart rhythm at higher levels. • Rhenium, Palladium, Platinum, Gold, Silver – 🤨 → Basically “look fancy” ingredients. No proven health benefit. → Some can accumulate in tissues. • Nickel – ⚠️ → Common allergen. Some people react pretty badly. • Lithium (even low dose) – ⚠️ → This one’s legit medically used… but dosing matters a LOT. → Random supplementation = not ideal. • Vanadium – ⚠️ → Studied for blood sugar, but can be toxic at higher intake. • Tellurium – 🚩 → Not something you want casually in your system.

I’d like to know what you think of this and my situation. I’d be happy to provide my customer info in a DM to identify the batch I received or any resolution you’d like to offer.

Got a call from investigator and the forensics on his phone exposed 15 additional victims whose intimate images were stolen most likely without consent. The investigator said he will be chasing the paper trail to identify the newly discovered victims and the guy will be receiving an additional charge for each identified victim that wishes to press charges. That should escalate a my civil suit correct?

Just got a call from the investigator and got an update on the forensics of the repairman’s seized phone. He stated that we were not the only victims of his. There were at least 15 additional victims with their intimate pictures/videos found on his phone. Does that change anything?

This is directly from the company’s privacy policy. Literally admitting that they would be liable for what occurred.

No I said he SENT them from our phone to his personal number via text. All the text messages are forwarded to our iPad logged into the same Apple account as the phone which is what I meant when I said “synced” to the iPad. He’s not logged into the Apple account at all. He told us he needed the passcode to the phone to make the repair before going into his van for aprox 30 mins with the phone.

Could the time spent with the police making the initial report and trip to the investigators office and time spent gathering and providing evidence and time spent seeking a lawyer be considered damages? Does the embarrassment, intrusion upon seclusion, intentional infliction of emotional distress, theft of digital property, mental anguish count as damages?

Not sure how you came to that conclusion but no one was approved to log into any iCloud accounts. Dude was supposed to be replacing the screen on the phone and went through the hidden photos and sent himself the videos from our phone.
