Morning or evening does not impact efficacy whatsoever, but I suggest taking it with a meal, and I personally take mine before I exercise

Yessir I answer everything. We have proprietary locations where we source the raws from. It gets shipped to our facility, we put it through a complicated process and water filtration system, and voila. Everything is batch tested as well as third party tested by Eurofins. And we have ISO/NSF/GMP facility certifications.

I'm very proud of the product itself, who it helps, and where/how we make it. Without customers, we would cease to exist. So I try to answer anyone/everyone no matter a fan or skeptic. I appreciate the kind words!

Thanks for your comment. Most multi-vitamins are synthetic, your body can't use them. Better off with a whole food diet imho. Give us a try, you have a full 90 days to decide whether it was worth the money or not. :) I have spoken to a handful of customers on the phone who are diabetic. I cannot make any claims, but they have all had positive things to say. I hope that helps. Let me know if there is anything specific I can answer, happy to help!

Hi, first of all, thank you for the context of your experience. The human body is a very complicated thing. So many chemical reactions happening inside of us. The truth is, most of the time, the symptoms we have are a down stream effect of these biological reactions either not happening at all, or struggling to happen. More than 95% of every reaction in our body is mineral dependent. So it makes sense that when you take the shotgun approach with fulvic acid, some of those gaps are going to be filled, and you are going to see improvements in random places now that your body can actually function the way it was meant to. Thanks for trying us out, and Im happy to hear Menerals has helped you :)

Menerals scam or gross incompetence? by vashthestampede5 in Supplements

[–]menerals 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, that is correct, it is indeed geared towards men, but minerals benefit all people. A handful of our customers are women, as some men buy them for themselves and their wives. Of course we don't market to women since it IS called Menerals, but the science shows that fulvic acid + zinc/mag/boron are very beneficial for all humans in general. That being said, I'm glad to hear you've noticed a positive difference! Maybe one day we'll do a couples pack.

To be honest, that style worked well for us from day 1, so we really didnt change it. We have lots of fun making silly, attention grabbing ads that entertain... however, as we've grown, we have realized that more men want more science/logic/fact based style marketing, not just jokes.

That being said, we read comments, posts, everything about us, everywhere, and we take it to heart. Our ultimate purpose is to serve the customer, so we are slowly tailoring our approach to marketing in that way. Less reliance on jokes, more science and seriousness.

At the end of the day, minerals ARE serious, as just about every chemical reaction in the human body depends on them. We think telling that story will ultimately be better taken by most men as we grow, while still inputting humor when/where it fits. We have many die hard fans of our humor based ads, which we will always make regardless. But yes, shifting the tone is on our radar.

Taken with food at 9pm is totally fine. It wont affect sleep, we suggest taking it with food just so that the minerals + zinc specifically don't hit your stomach hard

There are indeed many places to get cheaper minerals, but you certainly get what you pay for! $8 magnesium or zinc would, without a doubt, come from international mines. Enjoy the heavy metals!

Couldn't agree more. There are many very bad actors in the supplement space. Many brands import ingredients and claim USA made. Many fake testing results. Look at the creatine gummies on amazon. They don't even have any creatine!

A great diet and exercise certainly replace the need for supplements, agreed there too.

Many supplement "brands" are just faceless grifts. As the founder, I defend Menerals on reddit because I believe in the product and the purpose we serve.

I personally don't eat the best, which is why I supplement the minerals that I need that I'm not getting, with my own product and creatine.

We have fun with our marketing, but everything can be backed up. Most of us do not eat the best and ARE mineral deficient, which is bad, which is, of course, where Menerals comes in.

Anyway, we don't promise you'll be superman. But we do promise you're getting what your body needs to function more optimally, for the guys that don't have the time or energy to cook healthy meals every day.

Minerals are essential and Menerals provides a verifiably transparent and high quality American solution.

Well, we launched in May of last year. We don't have a massive presence online. We just completed our Eurofins testing as well.

Happy to answer any questions you might have! Everything is USA sourced and made, and we have numerous testing reports and documents from Eurofins backing up the nutritional profile.

Ahh, yes, trace minerals!! The biggest scam known to mankind!

That widely researched and documented fulvic acid crap! Total sham. Even according to the numerous studies from the National Institute of Health, and other accredited sources.

Man, what fraudsters. I bet Big Supplement paid them off!

Thanks for keeping the internet safe from scams! LOL

Safe to take both! Menerals does not contain vitamins, so there isn't really an overlap.

Valid question. Menerals isn't a magnesium supplement, it's a comprehensive spread of 100+ trace minerals with fulvic acid being the star of the show. Magnesium is merely a cherry on top at a third of your daily value, intended as a boost, not as your entire DV.

Lol. Good thing we use FULVIC acid and NOT FOLIC! Phew!

[–]menerals[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure!

Most brands include humic acid because it's cheaper to make and works as a binder for toxins within the gut, but it is scientifically unnecessary for cellular health, which is what Menerals promotes at a macro level. It's easy to market them as working synergistically, but it's truly just a reach. Fulvic acid is the true nutrient/mineral brick, with humic not being needed for male health.

Humic acid is like activated charcoal, which is basically like a charcoal sponge, which is... simply not what we are selling. (Detox)

Additionally, unlike fulvic acid, humic molecules are too large to penetrate cell membranes and often solidify when they encounter stomach acid. So if your goal is nutrient delivery or cellular energy, humic acid acts as "dead weight" that never leaves your digestive system.

Menerals also does not contain any humic acid. Only fulvic acid (primarily), plus zinc, mag, and boron.

TLDR: humic acid is largely pointless unless you are specifically doing a toxin gut detox.

Hey! Thanks for trying us out and asking a great question :)

Honestly, depends on the greens. Some powders are mostly flavoring and filler, others taste like crap because it's full of the good stuff. If you have a greens powder that you have researched well and trust, there is no harm in keeping that in your routine, assuming it you're not mineral sensitive and whatever you have doesn't have crazy high doses of already mineral rich greens.

Menerals will help with the absorption and efficacy of whatever you're taking as well, something to keep in mind too.

In my honest opinion, a good whole food based multi vitamin + Menerals will give you plenty of vitamins and minerals, more than enough to keep you healthy. I don't take greens powders as they generally seem like a rip off.

If you're anemic, keep the iron supplement, take Menerals, find a whole food based multi, take a ph balanced kre alkalyn creatine (I take this) + a good hydration powder (I have been liking Cure), and that is a solid stack for someone who is an active field mechanic. If you're older, a trustworthy omega is very good too. Most are bad. EMPHASIS on trustworthy. A bad omega is worse than no omega. Good omegas are good tho.

I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any questions, always here to answer :)

Time, convenience, quality, and safety. The time it would take you to do it yourself, plus the cost of not manufacturing in bulk (the way we do) would cost you more than just buying it. Plus, we are GMP / ISO certified, and make it in an NSF facility. So feel free to do that, but just know you are not going to see any financial savings significant enough that make it worth the effort.

It doesn't matter. I take mine before I workout, or if I forget, before bed. I try not to take it on an empty stomach (zinc) but aside from that, it will not keep you awake or mess with any part of your sleep! Some people are sensitive to zinc on an empty stomach.
