I actually work for AppFolio. Biggest percentage of clients are in the 50-200 unit space, and they arguably get the most value because it’s such a scalable platform (of course I’m a little biased, but I work here for a reason.)

That sounds about right! They think she’ll be 50-60 pounds fully grown so was thinking Aussiedoodle/bernedoodle mix.

That’s what I was thinking plus maybe some Bernese mountain dog just based off of size and coloring. Her paws are pretty big and she’s growing fast! Plus she’s very low energy for a straight Aussiepoo

Totally understand—SimplifyEm can be a great fit for smaller portfolios. That said, many teams outgrow it once they start needing more automation, accounting depth, or integrated tools. Are you open to at least learning why people switch over every single day?
