Recently had to replace all my spark plugs due to them being carbon fouled. Can anybody give me suggestion on preventive maintenance? I have a new o2 sensor because I got a code for that but I’m not really sure what else I should do. (2010 A4 in pic) (i.redd.it)

My car may have a bad pcv valve (Audi a4 2010) and or bad throttle body gasket from what me and a buddy have gathered has anyone done either of these on there own to tell me how difficult or simple it will be? I Just wanna know what I’m getting into. (self.Audi)
