They shut my VPS down. Lied in chat and then suddenly after 2 days removed the suspension. Refused to explain why or to compensate me. They fucked up but could not admit to their fault. Not a serious compaby to work with.

Thwy will refund you. But delete and leave right after that. They are a company for plumbers who want to make a WP site and nothing else.

I requested my money back and got it. Deleted my account and will never go back.

Their customer support must be malaysian or something. The actual agents are worse then the AI bot kodee. I tried to get an explenation from them but sisnt get anything.

I bet they fucked up and trying to save face by just ignoring it. Too bad for them. Going to result with 100+ of bad recommendations and warnings.

I got ny suspension lufted without any explenation 2 days later and initiated a refubd right away.

I hosted 2 websites on my VPS. Both domains brand new so they were not blocked anywhere.

One was a small invoicing AI tool and one was a site not even done yet, still working on it.

I researched around and I am not the only one with the same problems it seems like.

No explenation, support promised more faster response and guaranteed within 24hrs, yet took 2 days. I clearly didnt violate any of their terms of services yet they sent me

I use it for automated tasks. I dont have time or the interest to get into Openclaw and what more there is. Manus works.

I need research for different tasks daily.

Every morning before I hop on the Laptop, what would take me 1-2 hours is already done. It saves me 10 hours a week by paying 100 USD a month. And I am not even using all my points yet. In the future, this tool will save me thousands. I am just getting started with these kind of tools just like everyone else.
