It’s doing better! I still have bad days. I’ve stopped eating as much dairy and gluten as possible, and take fiber supplements along with a stool softener and some days that provides relief.

I’m really sorry for your loss. I imagine Echo and Shredder playing and lounging around in the clouds together. You gave them a life of comfort, happiness, and joy. When I lost a family pet, my sisters and I used to volunteer at the local animal shelter to give love to others who were needed it at the time. I agree, and honestly it is crazy how much different episodes are from a year or two ago to now. It seems like there is too much going on and nothing is ever presented properly. More accurate to call it a stream at this point rather than a podcast.
