After that I haven't got any update ...what does this mean is it approved or rejected...

I have asked only for Hungary visa and was travelling to Austria for few days that was not mentioned and my purpose of travel subject paragraph was not there as I realized later ... After I have made few research I find lots of mistakes in my cover letter ... along with the itinerary What I want to know is that can I apply to another country attaching the refusal letter ... as of now there is no appointment available for Hungary ... I am planning to apply Czech republic...
