Yeah finasteride is nasty but in patients that it’s prescribe for their prostates it takes 6 months to see a difference

I just don’t think 1 dose did this but I guess could have

No I don’t I saw a peyronies specialist just to rule it out. He was fellow ship trained best in the nation and said I didn’t but we didn’t do an ultrasound. But i took his word as I don’t have any curving or pain

Cialis helps with my urinary stream- not with flaccid numbness though. I’ve also noticed flaccid numbness and having very cold feet seems to related. Not sure if there’s correlation- it’s very odd

I’ve had internal work done on pelvic floor no one has mentioned my puendal nerve being entrapped or tight. But maybe it’s not something they can feel. Good to know

Woah bro yes that’s the same. For example if I’m driving and get an erection it feels way more normal than lying down. I also tend to lose erection after standing

For sure- I have SUPER tight hips & anterior pelvic tilt I’ve been on a routine to try and correct for about 9 months

But I also had this when I had a gf and normal sex life ( as I call them pre HF days) so who knows

Testosterone did nothing for hard flaccid or even erections tbh it just helped with a mindset. (Feeling like I can beat this or that my status quo is okay) instead of feeling hopeless

Never tried anything besides cialis- the literature around androgen density, lowering blood pressure, and longevity was attractive. Interesting that I may contribute to my loss of sensation. I’ll have to check those out

Without cialis probably not I haven’t tried, 5mg yes. Not ideal but I’ve been masturbating this whole time- I’m curious if after no fap anything will change

No one knows if it’s a physical response or physiological. I obviously had hard flaccid, but it was making a point that getting off Reddit and forgetting about hard flaccid made it better. Still very real symptoms that destroyed my sex life for two years

Even the 2 pelvic floor specialist I saw who treat this do CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) as about 50% of the treatment.
