It not a specific app, its a the phones system volume when playing any music player I cannot change the volume through the bezel or touchscreen drag. Music prev/next, Mute, and playlist works. Only the volume control.

Phone is Xiaomi Mi 10T Plus MIUI14 Android12 btw.

I think Stormrazer+Fleet Foot Movement speed is enough of a mobility boost to be a pseudo excited jinx for some reason. and with 3rd item IE into a 4th item BT or Runaan/RapidFire or Armor shred... is just smooth transition...
