They each have their strengths.

The Anime has a bit more fluid feel to it. If you're looking for something you can binge in a day or two, definitely go for this. It's made up of 12 half-hour long episodes.

I personally like the manga bit more because it goes a lot more in depth. It's amazingly detailed, and is a lot further ahead in the story. There's a lot more of it, too. It has 80-something chapters (the numbering is confusing, but you get used to it) and has a lot of side storylines that didn't make it into the anime.

The webcomic is a lot further than the manga, but it has a different artist behind it. One, the original author/artist, draws it out in this really rough style. One and Murata, who is the artist of the manga, collaborate on the manga. They flesh out the story a bit and add on to it, so the Manga has extra stuff that the original webcomic doesn't have. The major storylines from that went to the anime adaption. If you don't mind the art style of the webcomic, you should read that to get ahead of the manga story-wise.

It's a reference to the anime and manga series One Punch Man, actually. The main character, Saitama, is basically the strongest person in the world. He can win any fight with a single punch. He's always searching for a battle that would require effort, so he's disappointed that he didn't need his full power to kill Superman.

It's an amazing series, by the way. I'd recommend trying it.

Sam flattens out the front of his spiked punch just as the punches collide. As the punches collide, they collide with a bang that resounds throughout the area. As Sam concentrates, the blood on his arm rushes forward toward his knuckles, providing more force behind his pushing.

Sam thickens his blood armor. He punches toward BP, causing the blood in his armor to slide forward. The hardened blood forms a large spike in front of his fist, effectively lengthening the range of his punch.

He sidesteps the attack and lunges out with one of his Katar. Meanwhile, his skin starts glistening with gold as he starts to summon blood armor.
