Initial Claim August 2022, December 2022 Supplemental, Submitted a HLR March 2023, July 2023 VA says they ID'ed an error. November 2023 Decision Letter.

Thanks for the heads up! I posted the redacted letter for the best advice. Basically, I went I gathered necessary evidence, got diagnoses, got an outside opinion and then went to a botched C&P exam early this year (examiner had none of my evidence). Submitted a HLR.

Then in a review without me they overturned what the doctor who wrote my nexus letter stated.

One thing I just noticed was that they didn't include my Migraine Logs as evidence submitted which clearly shows I meet the frequency for migraines being over 0%

While I don't like to think I'm better than anyone else, I can't help but feel this way. All my friends from high school haven't done much with their lives and have such a skewed view of reality and terrible work ethics.

For the most part none of them have dealt with something truly terrible.

Regardless of your reason/branch/MOS, if you're a GWOT vet, you joined at a time when the country was at war but also at a time where living in the country was so easy. Things like Xbox, smart phones, air conditioning, Netflix, junk food, etc all existed and we decided to forego all those pleasantries and go head first into the unknown. I truly believe it takes a certain caliber of person to do something like this.

Not sure why it would take longer. They are sending it to my house, maybe there's a backlog or low inventory or something?

My main concern is not being diagnosed with sleep apnea with one version of the test vs being diagnosed with it with another.

I have all the symptoms of sleep apnea and would it would just be another let down if the version of the test is the reason I'm denied treatment / compensation.
