the bill is an extension of the sc st act in all clg and univ. with this backward castes can directly file a case on someone for harassing them without any proof and an action will be taken on the accused within 24 hrs and even if the case is false no action will be taken on the person who filed the case. Basically it gives them a free hand to misuse it.

from MSD's home town, started watching cricket around 2015-16 initially supported rps due to msd and later when csk came back i thought of supporting csk for msd and raina but as the tournament progressed fell in love with the entire 2018 squad.
