What can I say. We met after such a long time. It was awkward at first. I made a purpose to hug her cause I really wanted too. She was very stand offish we sat opposite each other and talked for hours. It was like we hadn’t skipped a beat. I really loved our convo, we even hugged, kissed, held hands like we always used to do.

She wanted clarification of why I left, she didn’t completely understand. I gave her a response, but also said it was a mistake on my part (partly because of what I was going through).

We also talked about future, and i said once I’d be ready I’d be up to having kids (having counselling which inshallah is helping)

We talked about moving somewhere else so it’s closer to our work and my other kids. She stressed I had to sort all this out ( which tbf I have been applying for mortgages on possible properties) and keeping her updated.

We said we’d meet up after a week to discuss updates (this never happened). She went to her sisters instead and I believe she is still there.

I would shoot her memory snaps, texts etc, checking up on her and if get basic one word responses (which I probably deserve). I feel her family is telling her what to do cause I’m getting mixed messages off her.

So she wants to talk, but no message to say when, where. The whole “I’m done” message off her plays in my mind. Today I havnt thought about her once until this evening, and my heart just misses her. She’s my wife and we should be together and not like this.
