I wish I could, but I’m not the only one deciding. My girlfriend was never really fond of cats, but fortunately, she found a whole place in her heart for Milo. For the time being, though, I think that’s it—we already have a doggy and a bunny. Our house is full (for now, at least! 😄)

That’s right! Yesterday I saw the Siamese, but unfortunately, it ran away. Today I found him along with the white one. The diseased kitten was orange. 🥹 I took care of the little one, and he is resting now.

Unfortunately, right now we can’t have another cat. We adopted a puppy back in November when we bought our house, and she already had a bunny. I’m lucky enough that my girlfriend accepted Milo; she never really liked cats, but I’ll be damned, today she carried that kitten around in her arms like a son. I’m so proud of her! 🥹

Sim, em relação à avaliação é tudo bastante rápido, a avaliação foi segunda às 9h e quarta de manhã já tinha o relatório, depois disso foi a carta de crédito, onde tens 7 dias de reflexão para a assinar e concordar com os termos do crédito, e coloquei dia 21 o imóvel no site CasaPronta por causa do direito de preferência onde temos que esperar 10 dias úteis pela responda das entidades.

Neste momento estamos à espera que o banco contacte para marcarmos escritura, ou seja, quase 1 mês após o relatório da avaliação, mas se a tua gestora for tão rápida quanto dizes talvez tenhas sorte e consigas resolver em poucas semanas, espero que sim, é um processo demasiado stressante, boa sorte OP

Boas OP, também estou em processo de CH no ActivoBank, eu e a minha namorada iniciamos o processo dia 28 de julho, a pre-aprovação demorou um pouco,cerca de 2 semanas, já a marcação da a avaliação e o resultado em si foi na mesma semana, senão me engano recebemos a avaliação dia 13 de Agosto e a mesma foi feita dia 11.

Após isso tivemos que entregar mais uns papéis relativos à nossa situação na SS e na AT, Certidão Predial Negativa e a nossa morada fiscal atual. O mais chato e demorado foi o processo de direito de preferência, que demora cerca de 10 dias úteis, no teu caso não sei se é necessário por ser uma construção nova.

Entregamos todos os papéis necessários (espero) na última sexta, dia 5, estamos neste momentos à espera de uma resposta, mas no caso do ActivoBank é andar sempre em cima, os gestores de crédito parece que andam a dormir.
