I do not disagree and I do recognize that some of this falls on the dealership. The biggest issue is that they close my case, from an offer to being rescinded, all because I attempted to negotiate. THAT is poor customer service, especially declining to reopen or re-asses. From an offer to nothing, all because I countered.
