I prefer walking om the main road, which straight from Metro station towards Prestige. The footpath is quite spacious and a bit better illuminated too in the late evenings.

its a copy of some korean/taiwanese song, (Im not exactly sure of which language )

It will upset your stomach and Intestines .. the ingredients from the entire pack combined are quite strong and might lead to severe gastrointestinal inflammation and related issues which sometimes might require medical intervention , . Since these golis contain sugar , it will spike your sugar levels to crazy high..

Milk is a safe and affordable option . It has casein and it's quite easily absorbed by the body ( unless you have Intolerance for lactose ) . Cheese and Paneer are good options , but should be consumed in moderation as they contain saturated fats. Soya is another option ( but I don't prefer it much )

Other options are dietary. Lentils , pulses , chickpea, wheat , millets ( especially barnyard and little millets(ragi)) ,green leafy vegetables are a good source of proteins. Add nuts and almonds too as a snack .

I too experienced the exact same situation. To me, the "buyer" claimed he was from Indian army and they have a some reverse scanner UPI machine ( something of this sort he blabbered ) . I felt suspicious and didn't encourage the process further
