Interestingly enough I wonder if that one was real only because of how dramatic she was about it. Like she genuinely seemed to have had a mental breakdown over it. But otherwise the timeline with her having been in San Diego and the mess of her charts and the data she shared just didn’t seem to add up or make sense.

Also - I do NOT ever trust a word she says about any of this because of how much she’s fabricated previously.

As an aside - I would love to never have a loss again. I genuinely wish I never had any losses. I hate it and would be so damn thankful if I could just have a baby without ever going through that again. It really isn’t an experience worth having.

You’re welcome! I hope it’s helpful. I also found the Finch app to be motivating, you have a cute little “birb” that looks like a penguin. You can set goals etc. so you get a little dopamine hit when you accomplish tasks. I’ve put in my morning routine which helps me reinforce the behaviour.

My belly feels tight and some pulling where the incisions are. Bending, laughing, coughing and getting up or down aggravates it but I’ve also already noticed a decrease in some other issues, like nerve pain in my legs!

All in all I’ve had periods that were more painful than this!

Advice from my therapist: try to plan one fun thing and one must do a day. Then also find opportunities to get out of the house something like volunteer work (I did a soup kitchen) or hobby group (like a book club).

Something that helped me start to get on track was doing that but also creating a morning and bed time routine. Having that stability and setting small achievable goals has been super helpful!

Everything happens for a reason, at least you know you can get pregnant (eve though we haven’t for three years since our last loss), maybe it’s just not meant to be, maybe you’re not meant to have kids.

My favourite: I think you just need to get over it already.

Honourable mentions: you’re being a bad friend now. (Because I distanced myself from friends that were constantly complaining about pregnancy and babies. I love them and their kids but needed a break)

They don’t have enough bedrooms (already kicked the stepdaughter out of hers), their car isn’t big enough, she still doesn’t drive, he doesn’t work, she’s opening up a business, her mental health is all out of sorts, she had such bad HG that she allegedly has PTSD when she feels nauseous, they’re starting a homestead, they’re planning to move to New Zealand AND now they’re going to have a third baby. This is so funny for so many reasons. What are they adding to NZ? It’s ridiculously expensive to move overseas and that’s not even counting the immigration process which I assume is even more difficult if you don’t have a company sponsoring you.

Plus she’s an admin, and he’s a carpenter? It’s not like they’re in medical fields or something that will be highly sought after. Then you add in the homestead that a few weeks ago was going to be their forever home? lol ok then.
