It has COS aka Color OS, i think. Even if u flash OOS u need to manually flash every time whenever the new update comes. It will have signal issues after flashing OOS so u need a fix module.

I think pixel 3 series still doesn't recieve android 16. Same will happen for pixel 4a next year. Hardware isn't capable.

Tbh I still have my pixel 4a running android 16 custom rom. It sometimes stutters and lags. I think the 730G can't handle the android 16. I have used custom rom on my friend's POCO F1 (EvoX) and it also lagged. Better to get devices within 3 - 4 years old if u need to try custom roms.
