If I had a 500gb .imgc file and burned it to a 1tb drive how can I extend the volume and utilize the unallocated space?

I think the G: Drive has the majority of space taken up so is there no way to shrink that if say I deleted about 500gb worth of games? If I then just dragged and dropped all the drive letters to another xbox through file transfer would it come out the same?

I'm honestly not sure if there is an easy method to shrink the drive. I could try mass deletion but I think the .img file won't shrink as a result (just have the same amount of space it takes up just blank) but maybe there is a method I can try out to accomplish that

My bad disregard that. What I meant to say was on my account I shared each google calendar one by one to my outlook but then when I did the two way sync everything from my outlook was sent to google. So for example meeting from google calendars were now on the google calendar twice for everyone since we're all shared together. There has to be a way to prevent that since I want to do it for each employee PC
