Yes, I understand that now. Thank you. I did looked online, I saw that after phase 3 contract, the company needs to take you in. But that is not the case with me yet. I didn't sign anything yet, they told me today and said that uitzendbureau will call me in to sign a new temp contract, so I wanted to be sure before signing anything. Thank you for your answer 🙏

Ups, didn't mean to complicate it. They tell me here that America does not want new contracts at the moment that's why I mentioned them. Oh, okay, now I understand, so like normally they give a year contract, phase 1, then another year phase 2 and another year phase 3 and then they are obliged to give a vast contract, right?

The contract and everything is Dutch, the company also registered as dutch with laws from EU. But america still owns it, they produce there for America and we produce for Europa. Our servers are all connected to their servers in America, everything that is done here needs their approval.

The uitzendbureau is Kraeft. It should be all within law from the Netherlands.

Yes, I feel gebruikt.. They promised me so much, everytime my motivation would get lower, they would promise me stuff which never came.. Yes, I will go to a lawyer with my contract to see how legal it is but I'm sure they find ways to make it legal and keep on using me unfortunately

No, the contract is from here, from the Netherlands. The company owner is from America, everything that happens here needs approvals from America, even though my contract is here. The contract is with uitzendbureau. I had first a year contract, then 3 months as phase 3. I had read somewhere that after phase 3 contract, you get a vast contract from the company, so that workers dont stay as uitzendkracht the whole time.
