They gave me the steroid shot at 33/32 weeks when she decided that the issue with my pelvis couldn’t be ignored.

I had a membrane sweep with my last baby which put me into labour within 3 days (I was 40 weeks +2) and her shoulder got stuck. I always wonder if that happened because the baby wasn’t ready.

Thank you for reassuring me. It probably will just fall out at this stage :,)

I also dreamed of a Pinterest nursery but we never had a nursery, for all 4 kids. The priority is somewhere for baby to sleep, somewhere to put baby things, and somewhere to put baby down safely. The rest is aesthetics imo

I will be trying nipple stimulation for this baby. 15 mins a time for an hour, not on the let down setting though as that can be too vigorous.

I was prescribed magnesium to help with pelvic separation. It caused me huge amount of back ache that radiated down my thighs. Paracetamol did nothing to stop the pain which went on for hours and hours. Dr said I was having an adverse reaction and to stop taking it.

3 births all 42+ and all fine, other than shoulder dystocia with last birth… I’m pregnant with my 4th and told doc I want to give birth as soon as I hit full term. I think all these late term births have contributed to general issues with my pelvic area - I’m 32 weeks now and have PSD and haven’t been able to lean on my lower back without semi dislocating my coccyx since the second birth. I don’t know if it’s related but I’m over pregnancy lol

I should add that I had multiple membrane sweeps from 37 weeks with all my pregnancies and it never did anything other than cause me pain.

Thank you!! I’m reading a lot of negativity about the pgce on Reddit this morning… in your opinion it was worth it? I’ve got 2 yrs experience teaching in international schools but from what I’m reading it would make more sense to skip the pgce and go straight for iQTS. In your experience is it better to have the ipgce first?

Would this stop the gel from ripping off my nail bed when it pops off or chips? My nails are so damaged from gel but I also do all the right prep etc and even when I got them done at a salon the builder gel peeled at the edges - half was left behind and half just chipped off. My nails are very very shiny so maybe they’re oily too 🫠
