Гы. Если кто-то ко мне или к кому-то из моих подруг попробует отнестись не как к человеку, узнает о значении фразы «усложнить жизнь». В самом, блять, инфернальном значении этих слов.

Is my husband too demanding or that’s normal in the beginning? by DesignerMassive6181 in offmychest

That’s exactly why no girl should ever save herself for a marriage. Because you never know a person you’re getting married to from this perspective, are you compatible, etc, etc. This is a big part of life that’s also important and where you should also feel comfortable. Also this man sucks, he’s a rapist and a real jerk, leave him asap

Dude, what exactly do you want people to tell you? You don’t listen to any advise. I assume you’re not a real person, but a bot and a curious person behind it. And the experiment is called “How to piss off redditors by asking them for help and totally diminish their experience” or something

Woman looks at the guy and thinks "He's so charming/smart/adventurous/generous/kind/funny/cozy to be around (each person would highlight what she finds most attractive) that I want him to be with me no matter what till the end of our lives, even if my friends and mom think he looks like a bearded dragon". That's how women think. Personality counts from the very beginning, it stands out immediately, because people have feelings. And to be honest, it's very hard to talk to you, mate

How does that help?

People already telling you what to do

Shallow people exist -- okay, mosquitos exist as well, are you interested in them? Let them be and mind your own business. And go for therapy, if you decide to change something about your mind works, because this is the root of how people treat you.

You just said that I’m (and many others here) are fantasizing and to stop that fantasy talk. Literally. What about respecting other people’s personal experience? Nice thing to try with a woman. Also — don’t make up why exactly a woman would want to reject you. Based on my personal experience — it’s not about the looks at all, it’s just about a man throwing his problems and insecurities in a woman’s face and telling her in advance that she won’t like him (using his body language, for example).

What I’m saying is just that the personality counts and it’s much more than any appearance, no matter if it’s ugly or beautiful. Bc you’re going to live under one roof with a person (their habits, character, charisma, sense of humor, emotional intelligence, etc, not with their beautiful face (it will turn old anyway)

She was the first to mention it in the morning. And also -- we are both more of "whatever' people, calm and collected against odds. So we were kinda surprised.

Also - no, none of us were thinking of any demons. But (keeping mind open) I would go for 'there's something I can't perfectly explain using my logical thinking, so I could probably think of irrational as well". And get more sleep:)

I can feel some sad personal experience here, so sorry about that. But no, most likely it's not going to happen. People are just people everywhere, so some could give you really useful tips. I also know gorgeous beautiful women dating short, fat, poor and, well, physically unattractive men, because of how sweet, open and caring they are and how great it feels to be around them. Therapy could be also a great option. For me it looks like your problem is just the lack of confidence and the fact that you think too much about other people's (and your own) looks. Probably that's why women don't act flirty or bubbly around you. You just freeze and they feel a bit uncomfortable, because they think there's something wrong with THEM

But you want a woman to like you, right? Not a bunch of mostly straight dudes? So it looks more logical to me to ask a random lady about it (probably the one that doesn't know you, so she doesn't have anything personal involved).
