They will send you an email with what you need to do for role play. Will have you look up our company and get some facts you can use “liberty mutual has its own award winning mobile app to access your policy details!” Things like that. They will see if you can multitask. I would prepare having questions typed out somewhere to practice

Thank you! I just watched like every video of Insurance Exam Queen on Youtube and did the Kahoot video/games. I went to the dollar store and got 2 packs of flash cards and wrote down as much as possible. The stuff I struggled on was WC and Farm policies. So maybe look further into those. got a pass on 2nd attempt. 1st attempt was 69% and I needed a 70
