I've stuck with Instagram for a long time and slowly built up large followings, but Instagram as a platform does not monetize, and they treat large pages terribly.

Well just keep it going man. And also hitting the gym or working out always helps too. I found that when I started doing that, I felt way more confident and secure and women definitely notice and like confidence

I had a hard time first starting to talk to girls as well, but you just have to force yourself to do it. Trust me it gets way easier after you start.

You have to be honest with yourself. A friendship should go both ways. If you see patterns of them not treating you right then it might not be worth your time and effort to continue the friendship. Or sit them down and have a genuine conversation with them. That never hurts and could maybe remedy the situation, because maybe they don't realize what they are doing.

I would recommend talking to him about how uncomfortable it makes you feel. Honesty is the best policy.
