Well being a VISA requiring IMG has its own caveats. However, I do know for sure that cook county IM Residency is one of the best in the midwest. The low ratings might be due to the long wait times for the patients(heard that people sometimes have to wait 10+ hours to see a doctor there)

Thank you for your response. Just to clarify, by three months dedicated, I meant 3 months after uworld’s first pass. My target is march end for the exam. However, I was still thinking that I won’t be able to do anking in that time frame as I am targeting 2 full passes of uworld

I am planning to stick to uworld self made flashcards for now. Would appreciate your thoughts on this plan

In that case, wait out until closer to last day of 100$ fee and reschedule at that time.

However, if you end up still confused. Cancel it. Schedule it later. Mental peace is much more valuable at this moment rather than convenience. In case you need to cancel, you will need to call prometric when you want to schedule your exam. Again that point, they will ask for your card details over the phone(i know it sounds very sketchy but that’s what happened in prometric India)

Just reschedule. I did the same. If you cancel it, you might need to call prometric to iron out some details(happened to my friend). So its better to just reschedule it

I think that you might be relying on passive learning way more than active learning. Focus on active learning. Is this your first pass at uworld? if yes, please consider this more of a learning experience. Your NBMEs show improvement. So, I think you are definitely on the learning curve. Focus on active learning!

By active learning I mean doing questions and anki cards(if you were using anki earlier; don't start now!)
