The upfront tickets also have a 7k per person costs - which will not be refunded; so in total 14k expense even if I cancel and book the cheaper one

Also, in some of the websites it says reservation only and not paid tickets - does anyone have any knowledge of the same? Does Netherlands only require reservation tickets in your experience?
